I asked my daughter if she knew someone who could cook African rice. She mentioned that she knew someone who was a chef and started a catering company ( Infuse Catering). My daughter spoke to Chef Munah and placed an order for African and Beef Stew along with Shito. We didn’t know there were 3 different types of African Rice. Although I received the wrong rice, I loved it. My daughter spoke with the chef and they said that they would make me another to my liking.
